New Generation

All our hopes are in the new generation.What actually is a new generation.Can there be any positive or negative deviation between the old and new generation.I think nothing radical except the age difference.Changes could only happen within the limited frame work.Thinking pattern and the productivity will be more or less related to their predecessors.Trying different genetical combination along with various environment can give us a selection.The needed individual can be brought up through providing favourable circumstances ie manipulated growing up.Thus a higly productive groups can be created for future needs.This manipulation can be implemented unknowingly.
